You know what you need to do

You just don’t know what to do first

You’ve watched the reels. You’ve downloaded the freebies. You’ve asked questions in the Facebook groups and gotten seventeen different answers from people who are just as stuck as you are.

You’re not behind because you’re lazy or uninformed. You’re behind because no one has told you specifically what you need to work on, in what order, for where your business actually is right now.

The answer isn’t more content.
It’s finally knowing which move to make next.

Let’s be honest about where you actually are

You’re not a beginner. You’ve been doing this for a few years. You know how to plan a wedding, manage a client, and show up on the wedding day. You’re good at the work.

What you haven’t figured out — yet — is how to make the business run like one.

Your pricing feels like a guess. Your workflows exist, but they live in your head and on sticky notes. Your proposals go out and sometimes they close, sometimes they don’t, and you’re not totally sure why. Your Instagram is inconsistent. Your onboarding is whatever you pieced together in a panic when you first booked someone. Your revenue swings between “I think I’m doing this” and “why does it feel like I’m starting over every quarter.”

You know what you need to fix. You just don’t know what to fix first.

So you keep consuming content, collecting resources, and telling yourself you’ll get to it. And nothing moves.

That cycle ends here.

Hey, I’m Terrica

I know what it feels like to want this to work so badly that you’ll do almost anything to make it happen.

I was a mom of two small kids, working on building a wedding business with not a lot of money to invest and everything to prove. I had drive. I had desire. I had time. What I didn’t have was direction.

So I did what most of us do. I consumed everything I could get my hands on — free downloads, low-cost products, webinars, courses that cost hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars. I followed the celebrity wedding pros, the popular planners with the beautiful feeds, always seeing the highlight reel but never the blueprint. I was convinced that if I just found the right piece of information, something would finally click.

Then one day I saved my coins and bought a course. I was so excited during the webinar. I genuinely believed this was the thing — the one thing that would finally make it all make sense.

When I got inside, I felt like Alice in Wonderland. Dropped in the middle of a story that didn’t make sense, I wasn’t ready for, and had no idea how to navigate. I was out of my money and out of ideas. My excitement was instantly gone.

Here’s the thing nobody told me: I didn’t have an information problem. I had a sequence problem. I was doing everything in the wrong order, with the wrong tools, at the wrong time. And I kept thinking that if I could just consume more — more courses, more content, more freebies — I’d finally feel ready. I never did.

What I actually needed was someone to look at my specific situation and say: this is where you are. This is what needs to move first. Start here.

I built Wedding Pro University to be that thing.

Not another pile of content to sort through. Not more information without direction. A structured path that meets you where you are and tells you exactly what to work on first — based on what your business actually needs right now.

I took everything I had built over years as a wedding industry educator — every course, template, masterclass, and framework — and organized it around one question:

“What do you actually need right now?”

That’s why you’ll find me inside WPU every month — live for Q&A, in the community answering questions, cheering you on, and holding you accountable. Because I know what it’s like to want this to work and not know where to start. And I built the thing I wish had existed when I was in your shoes.

If you can relate to any of these…

Friend, Wedding Pro University was made especially for you

You’ve been in business for a few years and you’re doing okay

— but okay isn’t what you had in mind when you started. You know there’s more, you just can’t quite see the path to it.

You have so many tabs open, so many saved posts, so many “things to implement”

and somehow the business still feels chaotic and reactive.

You know you’re undercharging. You’ve known it for a while.

You just don’t know how to fix it without losing the clients you have.

You’ve invested in courses, downloads, or programs before

and walked away with a lot of good information and no real change. You’re tired of paying for content you don’t finish.

You follow the successful pros online and only see the polished version.

You’re still waiting for someone to show you the actual blueprint, not just the highlight reel.

You want someone to just tell you what to do

— not in a generic “10 tips” way, but specifically, for where your business is right now.

If you’re nodding along — Wedding Pro University was made for you.

When you join WPU, you will finally…

Know exactly where to start —

because the quiz identifies your most pressing business need and gives you a focused path with a curated playlist of classes, templates, and events built around it. No more opening a portal and wondering what actually applies to you.

Stop guessing at your pricing and start charging with confidence —

because you’ll have the tools to understand your actual numbers and build packages that reflect what your work is worth.

Have a proposal process that closes —

not just informs. The 7 Steps to Yes system is inside WPU and has helped members consistently close at higher rates.

Build the systems and workflows that exist outside of your head —

documented, organized, and repeatable, so your business can run without you recreating everything from scratch every time.

Show up in your business as the CEO

instead of the person who’s constantly reacting, putting out fires, and wondering why nothing feels sustainable.

Have a community of wedding pros who actually understand

what your week looks like — and a place to ask the questions you’re too embarrassed to ask anywhere else.

Feel the relief of finally having a structure

that was built for where you are — and a clear path to where you want to go.

Here’s what the wedding industry has been selling you — and why it’s keeping you stuck.

More content. More masterclasses. More summits. More bundles with forty-seven things in them that you’ll never open. More advice from Instagram educators who are great at creating content but not necessarily great at running a business.

The assumption behind all of it is that if you just learn enough, you’ll eventually figure out how to apply it to your business.

That assumption is wrong.

Learning more doesn’t build a better business. Implementing the right things in the right order for where you actually are builds a better business. And you can’t get that from a reel. You can’t get that from a Facebook group. You can’t get that from a course you bought twelve months ago that you watched two modules of.

You get that from a system that starts with a question most educators never ask: what do you actually need right now? That’s the question WPU is built around. Everything else follows from there.

Let me introduce you to…

Wedding Pro University

The Major System

When you join WPU, the first thing you do isn’t open a portal and wonder where to start.

You take a short quiz.

The quiz identifies the part of your business that needs the most attention right now. Based on your answers, you get a major — a focused, curated path built specifically for where you are and what needs to move first.

The six major programs are:

  • Operations — for the pro who needs workflows, systems, and a business that doesn’t run entirely on memory and adrenaline
  • Sales — for the pro whose proposals aren’t closing the way they should, or who dreads the sales conversation
  • Finance — for the pro who knows they’re underpriced but doesn’t know how to change it without losing clients
  • Marketing — for the pro who needs more of the right inquiries coming in and a social presence that actually works
  • Hospitality — for the pro who wants their client experience to be as polished on the backend as it is on wedding day
  • Communications — for the pro who is rewriting the same emails from scratch every time and losing hours they don’t have

Your major gives you a curated playlist of classes to watch, templates to use immediately, and events to attend — all organized around your specific starting point.

No overwhelm. No “where do I even begin.” Just a clear next step, and the one after that.

And when you’ve made progress in your first major? You pick the next one. This is how your whole business gets stronger — one focused area at a time.

Start Your Roadmap

Your major gives you a curated playlist of classes, templates, and events to attend. No wondering where to start. The first step is already marked.

Your first win happens before your first live session.

When you join WPU, you don’t have to wait for a workshop to get value. The Wedding Pro Template Vault is available immediately — a curated collection of ready-to-use business templates organized into categories designed for the working wedding pro.

The vault includes templates across categories for every area of your business.

  • Social Media — caption frameworks, content planners, and post templates that take the blank-page paralysis out of showing up consistently online
  • Planners — business planning tools to help you map your revenue, set your goals, and stop running your year on instinct alone
  • Workbooks — strategy and implementation workbooks designed to move you from “I know I need to fix this” to actually having it fixed
  • Workflow Recipes — step-by-step workflow frameworks you can plug straight into your business so your processes finally live somewhere other than your head
  • Client Deliverables — proposal templates, timelines, and questionnaires, and the full 7 Steps to Yes system — everything that touches your client’s hands, polished and ready
  • Client Experience — onboarding sequences, offboarding touchpoints, and the behind-the-scenes assets that make your process feel as premium as your wedding day execution
  • Mindset — resources to help you show up as the CEO your business needs, not just the person doing all the work

Three new templates drop on the first Thursday of every month, aligned to that month’s curriculum theme. You always have something new to implement — and you always know why it matters.

Werk Your Wedding Business workflow like a boss
  • 7 categories for every part of your business
  • 3 new templates every first Thursday
  • Immediate access the moment you join

Here’s everything your membership includes:

  • Monthly curriculum drops — Every month, new templates, new training, and new content drop on the first Thursday — organized around a theme that moves your business forward. You always know what’s coming and when.
  • Weekly Action Labs — Not lectures, not theory sessions. Each week, you do something — a real, concrete action in your business that moves the needle. You leave with work done, not notes to review.
  • Business Systems Brunch — Every second Friday of the month, a live expert-led demo inside the community. Real tools, real systems, real applications for a working wedding business. Your monthly upgrade to how you run things.
  • Live Q&A with Terrica — Once a month, third Tuesday, you get direct access. Bring your actual questions. Get real answers. No canned responses, no ‘it depends.’ This is the personal access that a $47/month membership has no business including — but does.
  • The community — Connect with other members in your major, find your people, ask the question you’re embarrassed to ask anywhere else, and get feedback from someone who actually understands what you’re dealing with.
  • The full curriculum vault — Curriculum organized by major, including the 7 Steps to Yes proposal system, workflow systems, pricing tools, email templates, questionnaires, and more. Available the moment you join.
  • Quarterly events — Workshops, decompression nights, and community experiences built for wedding pros who need a moment to breathe as much as they need a moment to build.

Here’s what changes when you stop trying to figure everything out alone

You stop quoting prices you’re not confident in

and start charging what your experience is actually worth — because you understand your numbers.

You stop losing proposals to silence

because your sales process is built to close, not just inform.

You stop recreating your systems from scratch every time

because your workflows exist, they’re documented, and someone else could follow them.

You stop reacting to your business and start running it.

You know which part of the business to work on this month. You have the template to do it. You have the community to ask when you get stuck. You have the live access to course-correct when something isn’t working.

Twelve months from now, you are not the same business you are today.

Not because you worked harder. Because you finally worked in the right direction.

Meet your Coach

A word on who built this.

I’m Terrica. I’ve been in the wedding industry for over two decades — as a planner, a coordinator, a designer, and eventually as an educator and business strategist for the pros who came up behind me.

I built Wedding Pro University because I kept watching talented, hardworking wedding pros struggle with the same things — not because they lacked skill, but because no one had ever given them a structure for the business side of what they do.

I’m a Smart Meetings 2025 Best of Stage award winner. I’ve spoken on stages across the country and internationally, and my expertise has been featured by major industry brands including Wedding Pro, as well as media platforms including PeopleTV and Headline News. And every month, I show up live inside WPU for Q&A because I believe the most valuable thing I can offer isn’t a course catalog — it’s a real conversation with someone who has seen your situation before and knows what moves next.

Wedding Pro University was built from that belief.

Wedding Pro University is built for the wedding professional who is already in motion but needs to get on track.

This is perfect for you if…

  • You’ve been in business at least two or three years and you’re still figuring out what your business should actually look like.
  • You’re booked — sometimes really well — but revenue isn’t consistent and you’re not sure why.
  • You’ve invested in education before and walked away with good information but no real change.
  • You want someone to just tell you what to do — specifically, in order, based on your actual situation.
  • You’re serious about this business and you’re done treating it like a side hustle even if it doesn’t always feel like a real one yet.

This is not for you if…

  • You’re brand new and still deciding whether wedding planning is your path. There are better starting places for that. WPU is for the pro who has already decided — and is ready to build something that lasts.

Let’s be honest — $47 is a drop in the bucket compared to what you’re getting.

Less than a networking dinner. Less than one hour with most business coaches. Less than the cost of reprinting proposals that weren’t closing.

For $47 a month, you get a structured path forward, a community of professionals in your corner, monthly templates you can use immediately, live access to expert systems demos, and a live Q&A with direct access to me.

Here’s the most honest thing I can tell you: one pricing conversation you handle correctly because of what you learned in the Finance major more than covers your entire year of membership. One proposal that closes because your sales process finally makes sense pays for it many times over.

The question isn’t whether you can afford it. The question is what it’s costing you to keep guessing.

If you want to commit for the year and save, the annual option brings that down to $37/month — that’s $444 billed annually, with everything included. If you’re serious about this being the year things change, the annual plan means you don’t have to re-decide every month whether this is worth it. You just show up and build.

But start with the month. See what it does for your business. We think you’ll stay.

got Questions. Here’s What I hear Often

That’s exactly why this is different. You don’t start WPU by getting handed a portal full of content and left to figure out where to start. You start by getting a direction. Your major tells you what to watch, what to use, and what to skip — for now. You’re not expected to consume everything. You’re expected to implement one thing at a time. If you’ve got course graveyard guilt, this is the antidote.

Are you currently making decisions about your pricing, your proposals, your workflows, or your client experience? Then you’ll use it. WPU isn’t something you carve out three extra hours a week for. It’s the resource you pull up when you need to do something specific — and it has what you need, organized, ready, and built for your situation.

$47 a month is $1.56 a day. The question isn’t whether you can afford it — it’s whether you can afford to keep making pricing guesses, losing proposals, and building systems from scratch. One win inside WPU pays for months of membership.

Most memberships fail you because they drop you into a portal full of content and leave you to figure out where to start. WPU starts with a quiz that gives you a direction before you’ve watched a single video. When you know exactly where you’re going, showing up gets a lot easier.

WPU isn’t built for the pro with an abundance of free time. It’s built for the pro who is already stretched thin and needs to stop wasting the time they do have on the wrong things. The Action Labs are weekly, focused, and built to produce real output in the time you actually have.

WPU is built for the experienced pro — someone who has been in business two to seven years, is booked but scattered, and knows they need structure but hasn’t found the right system yet. If you’re brand new and still deciding if this industry is for you, there are better starting places. WPU is for the pro who has already decided and is ready to build something sustainable.

Hoping and Posting isn’t a Strategy

I watch it happen all the time.

A talented wedding pro hits a slow season. The inquiries dry up. The panic sets in. And instead of building something that changes the pattern — a pricing structure that makes sense, a marketing approach with a real strategy, a sales process that actually closes — they go back to what feels familiar.

They post more. They hope more. They refresh their inbox more.

“Hoping and posting” as a strategy.

I’ve been there. Most of the pros I’ve worked with have been there. It’s not laziness. It’s what happens when you have drive and desire but no clear direction on what to actually build.

The slow season doesn’t fix itself with more content. The pricing problem doesn’t fix itself with another freebie. The feast-or-famine cycle doesn’t break because you finally found the right caption formula.

It breaks when you build the business underneath the talent you already have.

That’s what WPU is. Structure for the business you’ve been building on instinct. Strategy for the pro who has been running on hustle and knows it can’t last. A place to stop starting over and start moving forward.

You already have what it takes to do this. I’ve watched pros with far less experience and far fewer resources build something real — not because they found the magic piece of information, but because they finally got in the right order and did the work.
